I initiated a search a for Director of Clinical affairs with another management recruiting company. The experience with this group was very negative in relationship, time and expense.
After a long period of time I received resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not pre screened, some were not qualified, others not looking for employment, or potential candidates with salary expectations far beyond what had been outlined, thus wasting my time to do the screening and that of the candidates that I had to speak with.
