Roger Brooks has more than 20 years of executive search experience. He founded Leading Edge Medical Search in 1989 and remains the driving force behind the company today. His vast industry knowledge, integrity, and intuition have earned him respect throughout the medical device industry and enabled him to place hundreds of executives.

Roger is passionate about the search business. He founded Leading Edge in 1989. When he's not working, he spends time with his two daughters. He also enjoys running, golf, skiing, camping, and a multitude of other recreational activities that the Rocky Mountains offer.

His knack for matching people to positions has led to an unprecedented success rate. It's little wonder that companies from startups to the Fortune 500 look to Roger to fill their critical management positions.

Also a part of the Leading Edge Medical team is Dan Miller, who has worked in the recruiting industry since 1998 and joined us in August, 2004. Prior to starting his recruiting career in 1998, Dan was responsible for the day-to-day operations and various research grants and projects at the Human Performance Laboratory at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR. Dan earned his Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah in 1994.

Dan received his initial training in recruiting from Management Recruiters Intl. in Denver. Within a short time of starting in the recruiting industry, he realized that he had an affinity for working with technical people in the engineering realm and began recruiting in the engineering discipline for Silicon Valley networking and communications startups in the late 90's.

When not working, you'll find Dan spending time with his wife and two daughters, most likely outdoors. Dan is an avid cyclist and participates in a number of local racing venues each year. He and his family also enjoy skiing, hiking and camping in the mountains, as well as, many backyard activities.

Daniel Biggar comes to Leading Edge Medical from the sales and finance industry. After 15 years of success in this highly competitive arena, Daniel has decided to put his strong networking and communications skills to use in the recruiting industry and focus on building key relationships with clients and candidates. Having worked with Fortune 500 as well as start-up companies for over 10 years, Daniel understands the requirements and challenges that growing companies face and is dedicated to helping find candidates that will have a positive and lasting influence on a company's future.

Daniel received his Bachelors Degree from Lynchburg College in Virginia and spends his free time with his wife and two children. He is also an avid golfer and fly fisherman.
